WEEKDAYS: Early weekday drop off window: 6:30am to 6:40am, prescheduled. Regular weekday drop off hours: 7:30am to 10:00am Regular weekday pick up hours: 2:00pm to 5:30pm Late weekday pick up hours: 6:20pm to 6:30pm, prescheduled. WEEKEND DAYS: Regular weekend drop off hours: 8:00am to 10:00am Regular weekend pick up hours: 2:00pm to 5:00pm
COVID-19 Safety Measures
Things will be a little different here during this crazy time (as they are everywhere)! Please read our temporary operational changes to limit contact and help keep you and our staff safe. Let us know if you have any questions.
PICK UP / DROP OFF (both daycare and boarding):
We will meet you outside to get/give you your dog. At this time, the front door will remain locked and the lobby will be staff area only. Fully vaccinated people do not need to wear masks.
LUNCHES for daycare dogs:
Please DO NOT bring lunch for adult dogs unless absolutely necessary. If your dog is under 1 year and is here for a full day, you may bring them meals in a sealed, plastic/glass container.
OTHER IMPORTANT STUFF:
EVERYTHING YOU BRING TO US WITH YOUR DOG MAY BE CLEANED with either bleach, isopropyl alcohol, or Lysol. This includes collars and leashes.
PLEASE DO NOT BRING ANYTHING OTHER THAN FOOD ENCLOSED IN AIRTIGHT PLASTIC/GLASS FOOD CONTAINERS and COLLARS/LEASHES and MEDICATIONS IN THEIR ORIGINAL PRESCRIPTION BOTTLES/CONTAINERS. Please do not bring bedding, toys, clothing, etc.
PAYMENTS:
To limit contact we will be accepting Credit/Debit payments only. Please click here to download a release form that allows us to charge service payments to your card. Please fill it out and give it to us when you drop your dog off, or you may mail it.

Customer Handbook - This is a MUST READ for anyone wanting to bring your dog to play with us!
Customer Info and Service Agreement - This is our application. We will need this filled out and signed before your dog comes for a visit.
Boarding Tag - This is for any dog visiting us for an overnight stay - it tell us your dog's vital stats!
Credit/Debit Release Form - Especially during the pandemic, we are trying to take only CC payments. This form allows us to charge a card kept (securely) on file for provided services.
What Does it Look Like Inside The Coastal Dog?
We know it's difficult leaving your fur babies somewhere when you can't even enter the building (hopefully the pandemic will be over soon and that will no longer be the case).
