Are you ready to join us? Let's get started!

Please start by making sure your dog meets our basic criteria:

  • Your dog must be people and dog friendly.
  • Your dog must be healthy and up-to-date on rabies, distemper and bordetella (we request every 6 months) vaccines.
  • Your dog must be on a flea and tick prevention regimen.
  • Your dog must be at least 12 weeks of age.
  • Your dog must be spayed/neutered over the age of 6 months. 8 months for extra large breed dogs.
  • You dog must not be an obsessive barker or mounter.

Next, please download and read our Customer Handbook. Then call or email us and request our Application and Service Agreement (or download them from our Forms page) and schedule a meet and greet visit for your dog. This visit (scheduled on Sunday afternoons) is to make sure they enjoy the atmosphere and get along with our other guests. Along with the application, please bring a copy of your dog's current vaccination records (or ask your vet to fax them to us at 800-779-0658).

We cannot book any dog for any service without a positive meet and greet.

At this time, we are unable to accommodate visitors to our area and are only accepting new clients who have a permanent or seasonal residence in Maine.

Our hours are 6:30am to 6:30pm every weekday and 8am to 6:30pm every weekend. We close for daycare, drop-off and pick-ups on major holidays.

We DO NOT give tours. We are proud of our facility but keep in mind that this is a house not a kennel. The dogs in our care are comfortable and relaxed in their surroundings. Having strangers walk through agitates them and disturbs the calm and joy we strive so hard to maintain. Please look at the many pictures and videos posted on our website and facebook page if you'd like to know what the rooms and play yards look like! Thanks for understanding!
